A straightforward 30-day window.

How to request a refund
- 01
Find the receipt
Locate the receipt or order confirmation from the official payment provider.
- 02
Use its support contact
Reply to the receipt or use the refund or support link shown in it. Include the order identifier and the email used at checkout.
- 03
Wait for provider processing
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method. The time required to appear is controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.
Scope of this policy
- The 30-day period begins on the original purchase date, not the activation date.
- Refunds return the price actually paid, including taxes where required by the payment provider or applicable law.
- A refund may deactivate the associated license.
- Purchases made through a third-party store are also subject to that store's refund process and terms.
- This policy does not reduce mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer-guarantee rights in your jurisdiction.
After 30 days
Requests outside the voluntary 30-day window are reviewed where required by law or when there is a duplicate charge, an activation defect we cannot reasonably resolve, or another exceptional billing problem.
Before purchasing
The local scan, audit table, CSV and JSON reports, and export of up to 20 selected copies are available without buying a license. Test representative files—including a Takeout folder if that is your use case—before paying.
Remember that current v1 does not rewrite EXIF metadata and does not prove the actual capture date.
